Q) Why does Lexelium sell its’ supplement products in powder form?
A) There are a few reasons as to why. One of the reasons we use powder is because it is odorless and tasteless, which prevents pets that are picky eaters from noticing and making it easy for you, the pet owner, to mix it with their food. Another reason why we use powder is because it ensures the ingredients are delivered in a easily-consumable form and have a high bio-availability for your pet’s body, thus increasing the supplement’s effectiveness. A third reason is that the powder form is very natural, as it allows the right ratio of nutrients to be absorbed into your pet’s body.
Q) What are the direct benefits of giving my pet your supplement?
A) Our products are designed to help prevent unnecessary trips to the vet, saving you time and money on medical expenses for your pet. Many chronic illnesses can be remedied by supplying the right amount of nutrients over a gradual period of time.
Q) How long do I have to give my pet your product before I start seeing results?
A) While there are many individual factors such as age, lifestyle, breed, diet, severity of ailments and genetics that can affect the speed and efficacy of the treatment, usually results will be seen around the third week of feeding. If your pet is fed according to the weight guide listed on each bag, results will typically start be seen in as little as 2-3 weeks. However, it is not uncommon for improvements to start happening after 3 weeks, or at the end of the supplement’s course. In some cases, two dosages are necessary before the effect is seen.
Q) My pet has trouble eating their food after your supplement has been added. What can I do?
A) There are a number of things you can do if it seems like your pet doesn’t want to eat their regular food with our supplement mixed in. First and foremost, make sure that you mix the powder in thoroughly. If you have mixed it in thoroughly and your pet still doesn’t eat it, you can also break apart the daily dosage through out the day. For example, if your dog is supposed to be given one scoop a day, try breaking it apart into two half-scoops instead during their morning and evening meals.

A) We ship USPS First Class Mail from California, typically 1-3 business days. If you have issues with USPS deliveries in your area, please contact us.

A) All our ingredients are sourced locally right here in the USA from local vendors. These ethically-sourced ingredients come from GMP facilities and are verified to be free of contaminants and fillers.

Q) Can I give these supplements to my pet for chronic illnesses?
A) Absolutely. Most of these supplements were designed to help with many forms of chronic illnesses and are very effective in alleviating their symptoms.
Q) Can I give these supplements to my pet for acute (spontaneous) illnesses?
A) Typically in these scenarios, it is best to see your veterinarian. We generally do not recommend giving our supplements for acute illnesses because our supplements require about a month of feeding before a noticeable effect is seen.
